Responsibilities include the smooth operations on Outside Brands docks, including people movement, organization, and cleanliness.

Our ideal candidate will be “Humble, Hungry and Smart”, have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and be open to providing and receiving feedback to our team.  If you have these skills and meet or exceed our qualifications below, we would love to meet you!  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload guests from kayaks and powerboats as necessary.
• Clean and maintain all dock spaces, kayaks, paddleboards, and boats to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure that all areas used by Outside are clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service that parallels or surpasses Outside Brands standards.
• Support an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Position Requirements

• Line handling skills including ability to tie various knots, toss, and cleat lines.
• Unlimited or unimpaired ability to walk, bend, stoop, climb and work safely around water, on a ladder or in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to use a PC and radio.
• Skilled in the use of a golf cart or other motorized vehicle.
• Capability to operate small handheld and power tools.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend work orders
