Role: Agile Scrum Master (6–10 Years)

Location: Multiple (NJ/TX/NC)

Duration: 12 -18 months Contract (Possible Extensions)

We’re looking for an Agile Scrum Master to guide
teams in applying Agile practices for maximum productivity. You will ensure
delivery excellence while fostering a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate
daily stand -ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove
impediments to team progress.
Coach
teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Collaborate
with Product Owners to manage backlogs.
Track
and report delivery metrics.

Skills & Experience:

8–10
years in IT with 3–5 years as a Scrum Master.
Certified
Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.
Excellent
facilitation and communication skills.
Experience
in enterprise Agile transformations.
