Job Description - Content Planning Lead - 1593

City: Glendale, CA

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week, no flexibility)

Duration: 7 Months

Rate Range: Upto $71/hr on W2

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have:

Airtable
Excel
PowerPoint
Google Workspace
Data tracking and reporting tools

Responsibilities:

Own planning, tracking, and reporting of global content planning across multiple content types
Manage acquisitions, library curation, localization strategy, and release planning lifecycle
Coordinate with internal and external teams to align content schedules and priorities
Lead catalog planning initiatives and special projects across content portfolios
Develop and improve workflows, tools, and reporting processes for planning operations
Create presentations and reports for stakeholders and leadership
Act as point of contact for planning updates, risks, and timelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years experience in content planning, content strategy, or content operations
Experience working in high -volume environments with multiple priorities
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to manage large datasets and content pipelines
Experience supporting cross -functional teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have:

SVOD or Linear TV experience
Experience with content lifecycle management systems
Exposure to localization workflows and global release strategies
