*Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

*Location: Near Glen Arbor, MI

*Job Description:

- Administer anesthesia for all general orthopedic surgeries and joint replacements
- Proficient in performing blocks, epidurals, and spinals
- Collaborate with a team of 3 CRNAs and 1 MD on a daily basis 
- MDs would handle preoperative evaluations, run boards, supervise, and may assist in the operating room under the surgeon's supervision
- CRNAs will be directly supervised by the surgeon when in the operating room
- No on-call duties or weekend shifts required
- Use of paper charting system (No EMR)
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety
- Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts

*Qualifications:*

- Active certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current license to practice as a CRNA in the state of Michigan
- Prior experience in orthopedic anesthesia preferred
- Strong proficiency in performing blocks, epidurals, and spinals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
