Job Description - Full-time Summer Nanny for a 5 year old

A bit about us:
            We are a family of three, consisting of Mom, Dad, our active 5-year-old, and our loving dog. As a family, we enjoy staying active and involved in our community, often attending local events and spending time exploring all that Minnesota has to offer. We value quality time together and especially enjoy activities that allow us to connect with both our local community and extended family.

A bit about you:
            We are looking for a caregiver who is active, outgoing, and enjoys engaging with children through play, outings, and everyday activities. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and brings a warm, positive presence to our home. Reliability and consistency are especially important to us, as we value someone we can trust to be a steady and supportive part of our family’s routine.

Job Duties:
            The primary focus of this role is to create a structured and engaging day filled with activities that support both fun and development. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities, as well as identifying and attending local events and outings. Our child enjoys sports such as baseball and basketball, puzzles, and interactive, social play, and thrives with hands-on engagement. Regular outings to nearby parks and opportunities for active play are encouraged, along with fostering curiosity, creativity, and positive social interaction throughout the day.

Position Highlights: Full-time guaranteed weekly hours
Qualifications: Experience working with 5 year olds

Schedule: Starting June 1^st, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm going until September 4^th.
