Job Description - Hospitality Agent | Summer Seasonal

Pine Canyon Club in Flagstaff, AZ is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Hospitality Agent. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Key Responsibilities of the Hospitality Agent:

Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.

Checks all guests in and out of the cabins based on established procedures.

Promotes activities and special events the facilities.

Provides accurate and complete information about the cabins and the surrounding area.

Answers guest questions and provides directions.

Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.

Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.

Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.

Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.

Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Hospitality Agent:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

Knowledge of lodging system application.
