About the Role
As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will serve as the face of the company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized bath remodeling solutions. This role focuses on designing, presenting, and selling high-quality bath systems directly in the customer’s home while operating as an independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
• Build and present customized bath designs using company tools
• Provide pricing and confidently close sales during appointments
• Participate in ongoing training to continually improve performance
• Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up with prospects
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prior in-home or home improvement sales experience strongly preferred
• Background in remodeling or construction sales is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local Portland-area residency required
• Confident presenter with strong public speaking ability
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills

Compensation

• Commission-based position with unlimited earning potential
