Caring Hands Health Solutions, LLC is a Home Care Agency with an immediate opening for LPN’s. Our main Office is located in Baltimore City, however we proudly service clients in various cities in Maryland. We have immediate opening in Harford County, MD.

We require all applicants to have at least ONE year of clinical experience as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We also require that your CPR/ First Aid is current. Experience with G-Tube is required.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Harford County, Maryland
Client: 16-year-old with G-Tube
License Requirement: Must have an active Maryland LPN license
Pay Rate: $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 16-year-old client with a G-tube in Harford County, MD. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a young person's life.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• G-tube care and management


• Monitoring vital signs and medication administration


• Daily personal care and hygiene


• Maintaining accurate nursing documentation


• Communicating with family and healthcare team

Requirements:

• Active Maryland LPN license


• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required


• G-tube experience required


• CPR certification


• Strong communication and critical thinking skills


• Reliable and punctual
