Locums Anesthesiologist Oneonta NY

Join us in a rewarding locum position at our esteemed medical facility, where your expertise meets flexibility. Revel in a schedule designed for balance, offering no overnight or weekend commitments, and a harmonious mix of 8 and 10-hour shifts. 13- 26-week contracts 

As a valued member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of approximately 200 cases per month, primarily in ambulatory surgery, seamlessly blended with some inpatient admissions. The surgical spectrum is diverse, encompassing general and orthopedic procedures, with a delightful mix of bread and butter cases, such as urology, ophthalmology, and gynecology.

At our facility, bid adieu to OB and Cardiac cases. If you bring regional anesthesia skills to the table, that's a definite plus. Collaborate within a team-centric environment, usually featuring at least two on-site anesthesiologists. Your role will include a combination of solo work and providing medical direction to our knowledgeable CRNAs. Complementing this setup is the presence of an experienced anesthesia technician dedicated to supporting the team.
