job description

• Manage the onboarding process for new vendors, including gathering necessary documentation.
• Track contract renewal dates and ensure agreements are up to date.
• Monitor vendors for adherence to the company's code of conduct, sustainability guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU directives, sustainability goals).

• Support the development of due diligence processes to mitigate fraud and compliance risks.
• Maintain up-to-date certificates of insurance and other necessary vendor documentation.
• Maintain a centralized vendor database and track vendor data.

• Provide regular reports on vendor performance, vendor compliance, insurance expirations and contract status.
• perform other duties as needed
