Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and professional commercial painting subcontractor crews to partner with us on ongoing projects. Crews will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services on commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting for commercial buildings according to specifications.


• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) to ensure proper finish.


• Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.


• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades on-site.

Prerequisites:

• General Liability Insurance (minimum coverage as required by contract).


• Workers’ Compensation Insurance for all crew members.


• Legal Authorization to Work in the United States.


• Valid Business License and ability to provide W-9.


• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (preferred).


• Reliable Transportation for crew and equipment.


• Own Tools and Equipment suitable for commercial painting projects.


• Minimum 3 Years of Commercial Painting Experience (preferred).


• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
