MikeWorldWide is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work on a variety of exciting and world-renowned brands across our practice areas.

We’re MikeWorldWide, a full-service, integrated PR agency headquartered in NYC with sister offices across the country and London. We make work to care about and we’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Senior Project Manager to assist several of our key clients and accounts.

Who You Are

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex projects from ideation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams, engage with internal and external teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time as well as within scope and budget. The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to improving and refining project management processes and mentoring junior project managers at the agency.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

· Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with account teams and clients.

· Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Conduct risk assessments and create strategies to address potential issues and challenges.

· Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

· Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions quickly.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, maintaining effective communication as well as managing internal and external expectations.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, building an effective and collaborative environment.

· Identify and implement best practices in project management, contributing to process improvements.

Your Skills:

· Extensive knowledge of and experience using project management platforms, such as Trello, Asana, and Monday

· Experience creating schedules, managing teams against deadlines, and establishing effective team workflows.

· Experience working with and managing remote or distributed teams.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Experience working on Cloud Servers such as Box and SharePoint

Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

· Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead role.

· Proven history of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software, like Trello, Asana, and Monday.

· Excellent communication, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution skills.

· Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
