• Exceed monthly sales goals by confidently selling new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate vehicle features and benefits.
• Present tailored sales proposals that align with each customer’s preferences and budget.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to test drive to final delivery.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Jim Shorkey brand with pride.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and informed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior auto sales experience is prefered, but not required.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong knowledge of vehicles features.
• Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
