Job Description - Seasonal Warehouse Employee

Position: Seasonal Warehouse Employee

Location: Just Ingredients 1439 North 1380 West Orem, Utah

Employment Type: Temporary

Dates:

November 25 - November 27
November 29 - November 30
December 2 - December 7

(You must be able to commit to ALL of these dates to apply)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour based on position, plus performance bonuses.

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Warehouse Employees for a two-week period. This is an excellent opportunity to earn competitive pay in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Orders: Accurately selecting items from inventory based on order lists.
- Packing Orders: Efficiently packing items to ensure safe and secure shipping.
- Shipping Orders: Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Sorting: Sorting products and materials as needed.

Bonus:

- Attendance/Punctuality Bonus: Earn a bonus based on attendance and punctuality.

Full Time (35+ hours per week) - Earn a $200 bonus
Part Time (20+ hours per week) - Earn a $100 bonus
Part Time (less than 20 hours per week) - Earn a $50 bonus

(If you are more than 10 minutes late, or miss any scheduled shift you will not be eligible for this bonus)

- Daily Productivity bonuses and prizes: Cash, gift cards and other fun incentives!

Available Shifts:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Must work the same shift for every day listed below:

Monday, November 25 - Saturday, November 30 (No work on Thanksgiving, November 28)
Monday, December 2 - Saturday, December 7

Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- You must be over the age of 16 years to apply.
- Reliable and punctual.
