Position Overview:
We have several roles open this summer: 

• Lawncare Maintenance


• Hardscapes and softscapes


• Tree care
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stellar attendance and come to work ready to win the day


• Maintain accurate records of job progress, materials used, and time tracking.


• Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.


• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards.


• Work as part of a team of landscapers to complete projects in irrigation and other areas of landscaping.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed, but experience may be rewarded with higher pay


• Positive attitude, willingness to work hard and learn a new skill, commitment to stellar attendance


• Valid driver’s license or a reliable way to work with a clean driving record (CDL a plus).


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

What we Offer:

• Competitive salary (based on experience) The anticipated salary range for this role is $19 to $40 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on your experience, skills, and abilities. From the Ground Up will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
