Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

This role supports a med/surg telemetry unit providing care to adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring in a high-quality hospital environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This assignment is ideal for nurses with strong MS/Tele experience who are confident managing telemetry patients and thrive in a structured clinical setting.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• 13-week contract
• Night shift 3x12s (19:00–07:00)
• Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Auto offer facility – fast process

COMPENSATION
Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. Each compensation package is customized and may include taxable hourly wages along with tax-free stipends when applicable.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide care for adult med/surg telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and manage patient conditions
• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate care as needed
• Support interdisciplinary care team
• Document all care in facility systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Acute care hospital setting
• Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Adult patient population

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience REQUIRED
• AHA BLS and ACLS REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
• NIHSS REQUIRED
• Active OH license or compact license REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
• Must be comfortable with telemetry patient population
• First-time travelers accepted
