Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist within a skilled nursing setting.
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on PT direction, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Assist with gait training, ROM, strengthening, balance activities, and functional mobility tasks.
- Monitor patient responses, document progress, and communicate patient status and any changes to the supervising PT.
- Prepare treatment spaces, set up equipment, and maintain clean, safe, and organized therapy environments.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, nursing, OT, and other staff) to support patient goals and care plans.
- Educate patients and families on prescribed exercises and activity strategies to support ongoing progress.

Requirements
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 04/27/2026
- Willingness to work a 5x8 day shift (08:00–16:30) with guaranteed hours
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility setting and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel to Albuquerque, New Mexico for the assignment and report to the facility as scheduled
