Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $18–$22 based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage scheduling, check-ins, and studio communications.
- Support instructors and wellness providers with smooth class transitions.
- Refresh wellness areas (lounges, locker rooms, beverage stations, retail displays) throughout the day.
- Support coffee and juice bar purchases (order-taking primarily through app & kiosk, light preparation, and restocking).
- Assist with other studio and wellness center tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a tidy, calming front-of-house environment.
- Share updates on services, membership options, and upcoming events.
- Embody the Solterra culture of hospitality and care.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or wellness environments a plus.
- Comfort using scheduling software and digital tools (training provided).
- Ability to multi-task and maintain calm in a dynamic setting.
- A passion for health, wellness, and community.
