15.1 - Strategic Enablement Lead

As a Strategic Enablement Lead, you will be instrumental in executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance and service delivery in the transit sector. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross -functional teams to ensure seamless alignment.

What You’ll Do:  

• Drive Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction across transit operations.
  

• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to define and prioritize goals, ensuring alignment with both immediate and long -term business objectives.
  

• Operational Alignment: Translate strategic goals into actionable steps, ensuring operational teams are equipped to meet performance targets.
  

• Optimize Processes: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, enhance resource management, and improve overall performance.
  

• Data & Insights: Use data -driven insights to guide strategic decisions and track progress against industry trends and operational benchmarks.
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• Experience: Proven track record in strategic planning and project management, with a focus on optimizing operations in the transit or logistics sector.
  

• Preferred: Strong leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
