What You’ll Do

• Lead Change Initiatives: Manage and execute business transformation projects that impact processes, technology, and organizational culture within transit operations.
  

• Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to define transformation goals, aligning them with business objectives to achieve sustainable growth and improved performance.
  

• Process Reengineering: Identify areas for process improvement, redesign workflows, and introduce innovative solutions to optimize transit -related operations.
  

• Technology Integration: Champion the integration of new technologies to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and safety within the transit environment.
  

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive buy -in, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of transformation efforts.
  

Requirements
