Start dates are determined after funding confirmation.\n\nNorthrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Engineer Survivability/Engineer Survivability. This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Melbourne, FL.\n\nThe qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman\u2019s Survivability directorate.\n\nThe selected candidate will perform analyses at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.\n\nOther duties include:\n\n * Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.\n\n * Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.\n\n\n\n\nThis requisition may be filled at either an Associate Engineer Survivability (T01) or Engineer Survivability (T02)\n\nBasic Qualifications for an Associate Engineer Survivability (T01)\n\nA candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:\n\n * Be completing or has completed their Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027.\n\n * Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree.\n\n * Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for an Engineer Survivability (T02) \n\nA candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:\n\n * Be completing or has completed their Master\u2019s degree from an accredited institution or is completing their Bachelor\u0027s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027 and 2 years of engineering experience\n\n * Be majoring in or having majored in list degree majors that are acceptable for position or similar STEM degree. \n\n * Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.\n\n * Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership \u0026 teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).\n\n * Prior experience with computational electromagnetic (CEM) analysis.\n\n * Prior experience with integration and testing of systems.\n\n\n\n\nPay Range\n\n * Associate Engineer Survivability: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00\n\n * Engineer Survivability: $87,200.00 - $130,800.00\n\n\n\n\ncampusjobs\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
