Position: Loan Servicing Operations Representative (Level II)

Location: Plano, TX

Assignment: 11/23/2026- 11/22/2027 (potential for extension or permanent hire)

Pay Range: $18.42 hourly, paid weekly.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm CST

Fully Onsite: Please note that this role is required 5 days in office

Description:
Primarily responsible for perfecting bank's collateral. Responsible for maintaining control of Bank collateral through accurate booking on the system of record (SOR), set-up and standardization of collateral files, set-up and review of tickler and exception tracking data. Responsible for accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, risk rating changes and all other client records and indicative data. This role will be responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of collateral processes.

Responsibilities:

The job role responsibilities will be to review documents with Global Customer Identifier and complete the steps outlined for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Data Capture. Employees will obtain information from these documents and complete the Supplemental Data Capture (SDC) for Commercial Real Estate data refinement and reporting.

Requirements

1. Previous loan documentation experience and understanding of financial covenant principles is desired.
2. Demonstrate a history of using strong financial acumen, and knowledge of loan documentation concepts in prior employment.
3. Demonstrate a history of employing excellent communication skills both written and oral in a previous job.
4. Demonstrated ability professionally to handle multiple tasks while balancing the need for both quality and efficiency in a fast-paced metric-centric environment is a necessity.
5. Must be able to navigate and toggle through various computer systems.
6. Must have used Microsoft Word and Excel in prior employment.
7. Self-motivated and must be able to work under minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
