We strongly encourage campus-based programs to pair an upper-class student (ideally, another Kessler Scholar or first-generation Student Weekly or bi-weekly peer mentoring meetings 

Kessler Scholars staff are responsible for tracking mentee/mentor pairs 

Opportunities for mentors and mentees to come together for community-building and social activities. With each first-year Kessler Scholar to provide guidance and support as they navigate the college environment.


 


Qualifications:


Upperclassmen

Good academic standing

10 hours per week

Mandatory monthly meetings and programming attendance required


 


Preferred Schedule: 


Standard Office Hours Range (between 8-5 Mon-Fri)
