2nd Shift Assembler/Process Operator III

The Assembler/Process Operator II is responsible for assembling aluminum piece parts into full assemblies according to blueprint drawings and specifications.

This is a Second Shift Position

· Follow detailed process sheets, fixturing instructions, and assembly sequences.

· Verify part alignment, fit, and orientation prior to sending assemblies to dip brazing.

· Use basic hand tools and measurement devices to ensure precision and quality.

· Maintain accuracy and consistency when working with multiple part configurations.

· Communicate effectively with team members, inspectors, and lead personnel.

· Adhere to all safety requirements, PPE guidelines, and shop policies.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.

· Perform assigned tasks reliably on 2nd shift.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or precision manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and repeatability.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and verify conformance to assembly standards.
• Comfortable following documentation procedures and work instructions.
• Understanding of shop safety practices and proper tool handling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams.
