2nd Shift CNC Machinist

Midwest Press & Automation LLC is a fast paced, rapidly growing company servicing the metal forming industry. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior CNC experience to join our team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Programming CNC Horizontal Boring Mill and Lathe using G-Code


• Set up parts using overhead cranes and forklifts


• Machine parts complete to provided blueprints


• Perform in-process inspection and record accurate sizes at part completion


• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area

Skill & Experience Requirements:

• High School Education


• Self-Motivated


• Manual mill & lathe experience


• CNC horizontal boring mill experience


• Display mechanical aptitude


• Understanding of Fanuc G and M Codes


• Read & understand blue prints


• Basic math skills including trigonometry
