They figure it out.
They're the machinist everyone looks for when a setup isn't right, a program needs proving out, or a critical part can't miss tolerance.
They don't need hand-holding.
They don't wait for the next shift to figure it out.
They own the machine, the process, and the quality.
If that sounds like you, Acme Industries has a seat waiting for you on 2nd Shift.
Let's be honest...
Less traffic.
Fewer interruptions.
More machine time.
More independence.
And with a 10% Shift Differential, you can earn up to $35.20/hour while doing the work you already do best.
If you're someone who prefers being trusted to get the job done rather than having someone constantly looking over your shoulder, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
This is not an operator position.
This is not a loading-and-unloading-parts position.
This is a role for a skilled CNC Setup Technician who can independently:
You'll work on challenging, high-mix, low-volume components for aerospace, defense, transportation, mining, and power generation customers where precision isn't optional.
