Position Details

• Job Title: General Labor / Forklift Operator
• Location: Fort Worth, TX
• Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
• Duration: 5-Month Contract
• Interview Type: Onsite Interview Required

Key Responsibilities

• Operate electric and propane-powered forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and warehouse transactions
• Perform inventory control and cycle count activities
• Utilize SAP to process warehouse and inventory transactions
• Support distribution center operations and material handling activities
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general labor duties as assigned
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts)
• Electric or propane forklift experience
• SAP warehouse/distribution system experience
• RF Gun / RF Scanner experience
• Distribution center or warehouse experience
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a dusty, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Inventory Coordinator experience
• Distribution Center (DC) operations experience
• Material handling and warehouse logistics experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Cycle counting and inventory accuracy management

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform repetitive motions and production activities
• Bend, stoop, twist, push, and pull as needed
• Work in warehouse conditions that may be dusty or dirty
