2nd Shift - Machine Operator LVL 2 (Cartoner)

Position Overview

The Machine Operator Level 2  employee is responsible for following proper procedures and specifications in the operation of the cartoner machine, this position may also include the wrappers, mixers and lamination equipment to ensure consistent finished goods.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• May be asked to work in any area of the assembly line to assist in production of baked goods as needed
• May be asked to work on different lines and/or workstations depending on staffing and production needs, per supervisor discretion.
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) in English with all contacts

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature variations, dust, chemicals, and common food allergens.
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment as required.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or (GED) is required. 
• Bakery experience is strongly preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
• 1-3 Years related experience and/or training preferred
