Are you a proven closer with an elite network in commercial real estate? Do you thrive on

the thrill of the hunt and the satisfaction of converting relationships into long-term,

lucrative partnerships?

SimpleMANAGE is expanding our third-party property management platform, and we are seeking

a high-octane Business Development Salesperson to lead the charge. We are not looking for

someone to manage the status quo; we are looking for a winner—a strategic rainmaker who can

identify opportunities, build trust with key decision makers, and dominate the market.

If you have a deep Rolodex of private owners, family offices, investors, and brokers, and a

track record of sourcing and securing management assignments across diverse asset

classes, this is your platform to build something massive.

The Role

As the Business Development Salesperson, you will be the tip of the spear for our growth

strategy. You will leverage your industry expertise and connections to originate new

business and secure management contracts across multifamily, industrial, office, retail,

mixed-use, and hospitality assets by contacting Landlords/Owners/Trusts.



Requirements

• Strategic Origination: Proactively sourcing new third-party property management opportunities

across multiple asset classes, focusing on high-value targets and strategic market expansion.

• Relationship Mastery: Developing, nurturing, and leveraging high-level relationships with private

owners, family offices, investors, receivers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and other key real estate

professionals.

• Market Intelligence: Identifying under-performing or transitioning assets where a change in

management is not just beneficial, but critical for value optimization.

• Monitoring market trends, ownership changes, loan distress, and acquisition activity to stay

ahead of the curve.

• End-to-End Execution: Leading the business development life cycle from initial outreach and

strategic pitching through comprehensive proposal generation and final contract execution.

• Collaborative Leadership: Partnering seamlessly with our operations, accounting, leasing, and

executive leadership teams to craft compelling management proposals and ensure flawless onboarding

plans for new clients.

• Pipeline Management: Maintaining rigorous, active pipeline reporting and relentlessly tracking

opportunities through to a successful close.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Representing SimpleMANAGE as a thought leader and key player at

premier industry events, networking functions, and high-stakes market meetings.


The DNA of a Winner (Qualifications)

We are seeking a candidate who brings a unique blend of market knowledge, sales acumen,

and relentless drive.

• Experience: 7+ years of elite performance in business development, brokerage, asset

management, or property management sales within the commercial real estate sector.

• Network: An extensive, active, and highly leveraged network of owners and key decisionmakers

in the real estate industry.

• Track Record: A proven, verifiable history of sourcing, negotiating, and closing significant

property management assignments.

• Asset Expertise: Deep operational knowledge across multifamily, office, retail, industrial,

mixed-use, and hospitality sectors.

• Skills: Exceptional communication, high-impact presentation, and elite negotiation skills. The

ability to articulate value clearly and persuasively.

• Mindset: A fiercely entrepreneurial spirit with the autonomy to work independently and the drive

to crush ambitious growth targets.


Preferred Background

• Established, high-trust relationships with family offices, private ownership groups, and regional

investors.

• A proven preference for and success in working with entrepreneurial ownership groups,

navigating fast-paced environments free from institutional bureaucracy.

• Intimate familiarity with property management agreements, sophisticated fee structures, and

seamless transition processes.
