3rd Shift Supervisor

Clarion Sintered Metals is seeking a Production Supervisor. CSM has experienced rapid growth and continue to be a world leader in powdered metal manufacturing. The role of a Supervisor is to lead and oversee the various production activities, and has the responsibility to ensure that safety, quality, and productivity are core values for all personnel.
Essential Functions:
 Ability to manage, coach, and motivate direct reports
 Drive safety and continuous improvement
 Interact with all departments to ensure that safety, quality, and production standards are met
 Good communication, organization, and prioritizing skills
 Independent thinking and problem solving abilities
