Paradies Lagardère is looking for dependable, energetic Overnight Sales Associates who thrive during late-night hours and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly in one of the busiest airports in the country.

At DFW Airport, no two nights are the same. Our Overnight Sales Associates help create a clean, organized, and welcoming experience for travelers around the clock.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and energy


• Process transactions accurately and efficiently


• Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance throughout the shift


• Assist with inventory tasks, receiving shipments, and product organization


• Help maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational store environment


• Follow cash-handling and loss prevention procedures


• Support overnight operations and problem-solve in real time

• Night owls who prefer overnight or late-night schedules


• Self-motivated individuals who work well independently and with a team


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask in a high-volume airport retail environment


• Dependable attendance and flexibility with scheduling


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs


• Retail, customer service, warehouse, stocking, or overnight experience preferred


• Ability to pass required background and airport clearance requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a high-volume, 7/365 retail environment

  Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet

  Ability to pass required background and FAA clearances
