Clinical Director – Fort Wayne, IN


Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana


Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary-$103,000 annual salary with regular merit-based


increases and bonus opportunities.


Schedule: Monday–Friday. Work hours may fluctuate as needed to meet job responsibilities,


support clinical and operational demands, and ensure high-quality service delivery.


Reports To: Director of Programs and Operations


Position Overview


The Fort Wayne Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and quality


assurance for all ABA services delivered within their assigned center. This role ensures that clinical services


are effective, ethical, and aligned with organizational standards while fostering a positive culture for staff,


clients, and families. As a champion of our mission, the Clinical Director models compassion and dedication

delivery of high-quality care. They serve as a mentor and leader to clinical team members, foster professional


growth and development, and collaborate with operational leadership to ensure exceptional client outcomes


and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities


Clinical Leadership


Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs and clinical team members


Monitor quality of programming and ensure services align with


Support effective implementation of ABA principles across the clinic


Provide consultation, coaching, and mentorship to clinicians


Assist with complex cases and clinical decision-making as needed


Team Development & Mentorship


Facilitate clinical discussions, peer reviews, and case consultations


Support onboarding and professional development of clinical staff


Provide feedback and guidance to promote clinician growth and confidence


Help foster a collaborative, supportive clinic culture


Quality & Compliance


Monitor clinical documentation, authorization requirements, and service quality


Support compliance with company standards, payer requirements, and ethical guidelines


Participate in quality improvement initiatives


Use data and outcome measures to guide clinical decision-making


Clinic Collaboration


Partner with operations leadership to support clinic goals


Participate in site meetings, scheduling discussions, and leadership meetings


Assist with problem-solving related to staffing, client needs, and service delivery


Support continued growth and development of the Fort Wayne location


Qualifications



Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.


Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.


Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Indiana.


Experience providing ABA services


Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills


Ability to mentor and support developing clinicians


Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience


Experience supporting an ABA team


Strong communication and organizational skills
