What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly voice on the phone, helping potential clients feel welcomed and supported from the start.


• Work your organizational magic by gathering intake paperwork from new clients and managing detailed data entry.


• Keep our processes running smoothly with your knack for maintaining tracking spreadsheets and following up with physician offices.


• Play a key role in client care by verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations.


• Uphold confidentiality with the utmost care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• At least two years of experience in customer service within the medical or behavioral health field.


• Exceptional phone skills and professional, yet warm, etiquette.


• Experience with general office tasks and a collaborative spirit.


• A strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


• A quick learner who can thrive under the guidance of our Office Administrator/Manager.


• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle  multiple tasks with ease.


• Reliable, consistent, and always ready to contribute.

Bonus Points:

• If you’re bilingual in Spanish, that’s a huge plus!
