Accelerated Leadership Development Program (June 2027)

Position Summary

Turn ambition into momentum through Nemacolin’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program. Beginning in June of 2027, this immersive, 12-month paid experience is designed for emerging professionals ready to build the skills, perspective, and relationships that can shape a career in luxury hospitality. Through hands-on rotations, leadership development, mentorship, and collaboration, you will experience the operation from multiple perspectives while preparing to take the next step toward leadership.

What You Can Expect

• A full-time, paid, 12-month Accelerated Leadership Development Program beginning in June 2027


• Hands-on rotations that may include food and beverage, lodging operations, front desk, housekeeping, reservations, stewarding, banquets, butler services, event planning, and other operational areas


• A blended development experience featuring on-the-job learning, in-person and online coursework, leadership development, mentoring, and peer collaboration


• Exposure to real-world resort operations and the interconnected disciplines that shape the luxury guest experience


• Opportunities to learn from experienced leaders and hospitality professionals across Nemacolin


• Participation in a cohort environment designed to encourage professional relationships, shared learning, and peer networking


• Associate housing options within Wisteria, Nemacolin’s associate community, with access to amenities and complimentary transportation to and from work for associates living in resort housing


• A $12,000 completion incentive for participants who successfully complete the program and accept an eligible supervisory or management position within Nemacolin operations


• Consideration for continued employment at Nemacolin upon successful program completion, based on qualifications and available opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field preferred


• Recent college or university graduate, or emerging professional with relevant education or experience


• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English


• Legal authorization to work in the United States


• Ability and willingness to work within multiple operational environments throughout the program


• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as business needs require


• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation


• Availability to begin with the June 2027 Accelerated Leadership Development Program cohort
