We are seeking a detail -oriented Account Coordinator to support our Sales Department in a fast -paced construction environment. This role works closely with Account Managers to assist with client communication, project coordination, and sales documentation.

• Support Account Managers with client and project coordination
  

• Communicate project details, schedules, and updates to clients
  

• Assist with proposals, estimates, contracts, and CRM updates
  

• Coordinate internally with operations and field teams

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or construction -related roles
  

• Strong communication and organizational skills
  

• Proficiency with email, CRM systems, and office tools
  

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales -focused role
