Job Description - Account Executive

Position Overview

The Account Executive – Tech Staffing will drive mid-market account growth in the Charlotte region by reactivating existing client relationships and expanding established partnerships. This role focuses on rebuilding and strengthening client engagement within an active market, rather than heavy new business development.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth environment, work with established accounts, and contribute to long-term revenue expansion under strong leadership.

Location & Work Model

  • Location: Charlotte, NC

  • Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, Monday–Friday remote flexibility)

  • Openings: 2 positions

Key Responsibilities

  • Re-engage and expand relationships across existing mid-market client accounts.
  • Manage and grow approximately 90 active client agreements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Drive contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified talent.
  • Execute account growth strategies to rebuild market presence following leadership changes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Market Focus

  • Charlotte mid-market accounts across multiple industries.
  • Responsible for all local accounts outside of one national account.
  • Focus on established organizations and enterprise-level companies.
  • The primary objective is market re-engagement and relationship rebuilding.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Required: Staffing industry sales experience (tech staffing preferred).
  • Experience selling contract or contract-to-hire solutions strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Ability to work in a growth-focused, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (approximately $60K–$100K based on experience).
  • Flexible compensation structure including bonus, draw, and uncapped commission.
