This is a performance -driven opportunity with significant growth potential for individuals who are disciplined, coachable, and comfortable speaking with people about financial protection planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist families in evaluating life insurance needs and coverage options
  
• Conduct client consultations using company -provided leads
  
• Educate clients on policy structures, benefits, and long -term planning considerations
  
• Follow established sales processes and training systems
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy activity
  
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
  

• Monday - Friday 
  

• $73k -80k OTE year one
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship -building skills
  
• Self -motivated with the ability to follow structured systems
  
• Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, leadership, or competitive environments is preferred
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset and long -term career focus
