Job Description - Account Executive

Sales Account Executive
Location: Lind Media SW - Hillsboro, Ohio


Are you a natural relationship-builder who gets energized by closing deals and helping local businesses grow? Lind Media Company is looking for a driven and personable Sales Account Executive to join our team, with a focus on our Southern Ohio Markets. This is a full-time role, with 3 days a week in the office, and 2 days spent actively engaging clients and prospects in your territory. You'll sell strategic outdoor advertising solutions, manage client relationships, and play a direct role in helping businesses thrive. What You'll Do



  • Own your territory: generate leads, make in-person and phone sales calls, and build relationships with local advertisers

  • Promote and sell outdoor advertising campaigns tailored to each client's goals

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

  • Conduct territory research, marketing surveys, and site evaluations

  • Educate clients on outdoor advertising strategies and ROI

  • Manage your time efficiently between office and field work

  • Stay resilient, motivated, and solutions-focused—even when you hear “no”


What You Bring



  • A passion for sales and a genuine excitement about each win

  • Strong communication, organization, and self-motivation skills

  • Comfort with cold calling—both in person and by phone

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus)

  • Prior sales experience (especially in media, advertising, or outdoor) preferred

  • A valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy

Work Environment & Physical Requirements



  • Combination of office environment and fieldwork (2 days/week in the Southern Ohio territory)
