Account Executive: Responsible for positioning Boland as a Professional Services Company within our industry, community, and with our clients. The development of long-term client relationships and maximizing account penetration and client retention are key measures of success.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management

- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in HVAC/ solutions based or target vertical market sales experience with a track record of success or equivalent combination of education and experience

- This role requires excellent presentation skills, self-starter, highly motivated, and a high moral character 

- LEED or CEM is a plus.
