What’s the job?

As an Account Executive at Lofty, you'll be responsible for driving new business by identifying, engaging, and closing prospective clients from solo agents to large brokerages. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping prospects understand how Lofty's platform can transform their business and deliver compelling demos that convert interest into revenue. 

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demo, negotiation, and close 
  • Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of individual agents, teams, and brokerages 
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through a combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and referrals 
  • Develop deep expertise in Lofty's platform, including CRM, AI automation, IDX websites, and lead generation tools 
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide client feedback and improve messaging 
  • Accurately track all sales activity and forecasts in the CRM 
  • Stay current on real estate industry trends to position Lofty effectively against competitors 

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota 
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to tailor your pitch to different buyer personas 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle and maintaining an accurate pipeline 
  • Ethical and principled decision-making, adhering to high moral values.
