What You Will Do:

 Own Your Territory & Drive New Business 

• Proactively prospect local businesses through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Take ownership of your sales territory, activity, and results.

Build Relationships That Make an Impact

• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their connectivity needs and challenges.
• Present fiber internet and telecommunications solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.
• Build lasting customer relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service.

Bring the Intensity to Win

• Manage your sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing, maintaining accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up.
• Meet and exceed sales activity, revenue, and performance goals.
• Demonstrate persistence, resourcefulness, and a solutions-focused mindset to overcome objections and close business.

Win Together

• Partner with your Sales Manager and teammates to share best practices, overcome challenges, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through installation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen your sales skills and product knowledge.

 What We Are Looking For

You don't need to know everything about fiber to succeed here. We're looking for someone with the drive to learn, the confidence to connect with people, and the determination to turn opportunities into results.

• Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role. B2B or telecommunications sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers.
• A self-motivated, competitive mindset and a desire to achieve and exceed goals.
• Comfort with prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with new customers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet with local customers.
