Job Description - Account Executive Commercial Real Estate


E.V. Bishoff Co. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive – Commercial Real Estate Leasing to join our team. This role focuses on converting inbound marketing leads into signed leases while building strong relationships with prospective tenants. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and skilled at quickly building rapport with clients. This is a salaried position: up to $110,000.00 includes bonuses when individual goals are achieved. Hours are Monday through Friday with no weekends.

 Responsibilities

  • Promptly follow up on leads delivered from the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule property showings and secure leases
  • Engage with prospective tenants to understand their business needs and identify suitable commercial spaces
  • Conduct property tours and present leasing opportunities to qualified prospects
  • Build strong relationships with potential tenants and guide them through the leasing process
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, and deals within the company CRM
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow-ups with prospects
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and property teams to ensure strong lead conversion
  • Consistently track and report sales activity and pipeline progress

Requirements

  • History of success in sales, preferably in commercial real estate, leasing, or B2B sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including email, CRM systems, and video conferencing platforms
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients
  • Strong time management, scheduling, and calendar management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
