Job Description - Account Executive -Home Health

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive specializing in Home Health services to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and fostering long-term relationships within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth through effective negotiation and business development strategies. Duties



  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients within the home health sector

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients

  • Present tailored solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing the value of our home health services

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials

  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress

  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining client relationships

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

  • Lead technical sales presentations demonstrating the benefits of our solutions in a clear, compelling manner

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, healthcare regulations, and technological advancements.



Qualifications



  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or related industries such as technology sales or medical services

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels

  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data

  • Analytical skills to assess market data, client needs, and competitive landscape effectively

  • Experience in marketing strategies that support sales initiatives is a plus

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and lead by example

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach through warm calling and networking efforts

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
