• Prospecting and developing relationships with top companies in order to build your personal book of business.
• Establishing contact and building a rapport with decision makers within companies you've targeted.
• Selling our brand and yourself to prospective customers through cold calling and hitting established KPIs to ensure success.
• Closing business through negotiation and understanding of market.
• Identifying qualified Carriers and building trust in order to foster a continuous relationship.
• Tracking our customer's freight from beginning to end while maintaining up to date information in our company's operating systems.
