Client Success Manager

Advanced Rehab Management Services (ARMS) is a growing health technology company that helps physical therapy providers maximize revenue and grow their practices through our proprietary BOOST platform.


We're looking for a Client Success Manager who can build trusted relationships with our clients, understand their business needs, and make sure they receive the support and results they expect from our team.


In this role, you'll own client relationships, lead regular check-ins and business reviews, resolve issues, and work across our Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to keep client priorities moving forward.

What You'll Do



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted partner

  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding account performance, questions, and concerns

  • Lead regular client check-ins and business reviews

  • Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions

  • Manage reimbursement and account-related escalations through resolution

  • Monitor account activity and performance to identify potential concerns

  • Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up

  • Ensure clients receive timely, professional communication and a consistently positive experience



What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of professional experience in account management, client success, client services, or another client-facing business role

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

  • Exceptional organization and follow-through

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus


Experience in healthcare is not required. This is not a medical billing, medical assistant, clinical, or patient-facing position. We're interested in candidates who know how to manage professional client relationships, solve problems, and drive successful outcomes.
