Account Manager – Single Client Site
Location: New Haven, CT (on-site at one client location)
Pay: $38.50/hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (4x10-hour shifts)

We’re looking for an Account Manager to be based full-time at a single client site in New Haven. You’ll be the on-site main point of contact, making sure our protective services are delivered according to contract and aligned with Securitas’ values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness (Source: Securitas Group Values and Ethics Code).

What you’ll do

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for one key client, representing Securitas professionally at all times
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders
• Coordinate with Securitas teams (operations, scheduling, HR, finance) to ensure service quality and contract compliance
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of Securitas protective services at the site (e.g., on-site officers, mobile support, remote services, electronic security, and fire & safety where applicable – Source: Group Health and Safety Policy)
• Monitor performance, handle client concerns, and drive continuous improvement
• Support renewals and identify opportunities to enhance or expand services
• Maintain accurate site-specific account documentation and prepare basic performance and incident reports
• Ensure confidentiality of client and company information in line with Securitas policy (Source: Group Health and Safety Policy)

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in account management, client services, or a similar role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid organization and follow-through; comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
• Experience in security services or other contract-based service industries is a plus
