What You Will Do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with product offerings.


• Analyze account performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and drive improvements.


• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback for continuous enhancement.


• Participate in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.

Compensation and Benefits
