Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Track account performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Assist in resolving any client issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
