ARSI® is accepting applications for an Account Representative Specialist in our Wichita location. We are looking for full-time team members that are motivated and reliable with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Start date is 01/08/2025!!!

Responsibilities and qualifications for positions include, but are not limited to:

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve accounts
• Maintain responsibility for consumer accounts, updating and determining the best course of action
• Skip Tracing to locate consumers!
• Dependability
• Reliability
• Experience speaking with attorneys
• Experience with Probate Documents 
• Experience with Auto Insurance
• Phone Experience Required!
• Bilingual(Spanish) ability a Plus! 
• Minimum typing speed 25 wpm required to move forward with in-office interview
