You will need to work closely with Sales to identify opportunities for account growth, Solutions Engineering to connect technical capabilities to customer needs, and Product Development to share customer feedback and support product improvements.
To be successful in this role you will be curious, resilient, organized, and customer-first, with the communication skills to navigate complex issues, explain technical value clearly, and follow through on commitments. In addition, the successful candidate will have the analytical skills to turn data into insights and the confidence to use AI tools in their daily workflow, applying sound judgment and checking their output.
